A Python tool that parses citations inside a Word document, matches them against AGLC4 rules, and rewrites them in place — preserving the document structure while fixing punctuation, ordering, and style.

Turns an hour of manual citation cleanup into a single pass, so the work goes into the argument instead of the footnotes.
